/ Air transport

Working in air transport is full of challenges. Here are some of the most common problems workers face:
❌ Unfavorable work schedules — ground staff often work in shifts, including nights and holidays, which leads to accumulated fatigue and difficulties in personal life.
❌ Stress and tension – high responsibility and the need for constant concentration.
❌ Insufficient protection when working outdoors — many employees are exposed to extreme weather conditions (cold, heat, wind) without sufficient protection or appropriate equipment.
❌ Safety risks – dangerous situations on board or on the ground due to overload and staff shortages — the workload is high, and there is often a lack of employees, which increases stress and the risk of mistakes. Work involves heavy equipment, loading and unloading operations, and the movement of aircraft on the runway, which poses serious dangers to health and life.
❌ Insufficient recognition and low pay — despite the responsibility and heavy physical work, ground staff are often undervalued and receive lower salaries relative to their efforts.
❌ Lack of social protection – limited rights and opportunities for development.
❌ Environmental challenges – the need to comply with strict environmental standards.
These problems affect not only the workers but also the quality of service provided to passengers.
