In the period of June 10–14, the Third National Spartakiad of FTTU was held in the Albena resort. More than 200 athletes from seven teams gathered for a group photo, capturing the beginning of an unforgettable sporting event filled with sportsmanship, fair play, and a drive for victory.
The National Spartakiad proved once again that sport is not only a means of maintaining good health and an active lifestyle, but also an important factor in building team spirit, mutual respect, and solidarity among workers from different enterprises and settlements in the country.
The participants competed in football, table tennis, badminton, padel, basketball, darts, swimming, track and field cross-country, beach volleyball, and tug-of-war. All competitions featured tightly contested matches and a sportsmanlike attitude among the participants.
With many positive emotions and a solemn ceremony, the Third National Spartakiad of FTTU was concluded. The Chairman of FTTU, Eng. Aleksandar Shopov, congratulated all participants for their honorable performance, sportsmanlike behavior, and active participation in the competition. He emphasized the importance of such initiatives in strengthening collegial relations and promoting physical activity. In his address, he thanked the organizers, referees, and everyone who, through their hard work and dedication, contributed to the successful execution of the event.
The best teams in the overall standings were recognized for their impressive achievements:
1st place – Port of Varna – West
2nd place – Port of Varna – East
3rd place – Burgasbus
