On March 20, 2025, an award ceremony for the "Trade Union Leader" Annual Awards for the Burgas Region for 2024 was held in the city of Burgas.

The Regional Council of CITUB – Burgas paid deserved recognition to the trade union leaders in the region for their dedication, courage, and tireless work in defense of labor rights.

Awards for outstanding contribution to the trade union activity in Burgas were received by the chairmen of the basic organizations of FTTU:

• Nedko Radev – chairman of the basic trade union organization "Burgasbus"

• Kiril Petrov – chairman of the basic trade union organization "BMF Port Burgas"
