On June 17, 2026, the third meeting in the negotiations for concluding a new Collective Labor Agreement at "Aviapartner Bulgaria" EOOD was held.

The meeting was attended by the Chairman of FTTU Eng. Alexander Shopov, the lawyer of FTTU Alexander Nestorov, the Chairman of the trade union organization at the company Iliyan Stoyanov, and from the management side – the Director Vasil Dimitrov, Daniela Antova – Human Resources Manager, as well as Eric de Goeij – Managing Director of "Aviapartner Bulgaria" EOOD.

During the meeting, the parties focused their attention on the opportunities for increasing labor remuneration in 2026. The management expressed readiness to increase basic salaries, with specific amounts to be subject to further discussions in the next stage of the negotiations.

The discussions took place in a constructive spirit and confirmed the existence of a good social dialogue between the trade unions and the employer. Both parties expressed readiness to continue working towards achieving balanced solutions in the interest of the employees and the sustainable development of the company.

The next meeting between the parties is scheduled for June 25, when the negotiations will continue.
