Today at exactly 10:00 AM, the workers at Varna Airport started their symbolic protest. They are wearing badges and ribbons to show their determination to stand up for their rights.

The demands are clear and fair: decent basic salaries; equal pay for equal work; better shift organization; seasonal bonus for everyone. Over 80% of colleagues have already backed the cause by signing a petition.

We hope that as early as this week, the management of Fraport will sit down at the bargaining table with the trade unions in search of a solution to the demands raised.
