The Chairman of FTTU Eng. Aleksandar Shopov was a guest on Simeon Janev's podcast on News.bg.

In a candid conversation, Shopov commented on the protest actions in the urban transport in Sofia from May and warned:

"I believe that even before 2026, we may witness new protest actions by urban transport employees."

Regarding the idea of merging municipal transport companies, he was categorical: "Absolute nonsense."

Shopov also talked about the future of the sector and emphasized the need for transport professions to become more attractive to young people.
