FTTU participated in an informational meeting organized by the Central Control Committee of CITUB.

In the period of November 13–14 in the village of Ravda, a forum was held organized by the CCTC of CITUB on the topic: "Effective Trade Union Management and Control: Leadership and Communication Skills. Organizational and Financial Rules in the CITUB System. Implementation of the Law for the Introduction of the Euro in the Republic of Bulgaria".

The event was attended by the chairman of FTTU – Eng. Alexander Shopov and the chairman of the FCC of FTTU – Galina Ivanova.

During the forum, topics related to organizational activity and the legal basis for the functioning of trade union organizations were reviewed, including organizational rules for accountability and the conduct of elections, as well as the financial activity of trade union structures, encompassing financial-accounting and documentary accountability.

Emphasis was also placed on the implementation of the Law for the Introduction of the Euro in the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as on the expected changes and challenges facing trade union organizations in this process.
