FTTU participates in another round of negotiation for the conclusion of a collective bargaining agreement in "Aviapartner Bulgaria" EOOD.

FTTU participates in another round of negotiation for the conclusion of a collective bargaining agreement in "Aviapartner Bulgaria" EOOD.

On June 25, 2026, another round of negotiations for the conclusion of a Collective Labor Agreement was held at "Aviapartner Bulgaria" EOOD.

The meeting was attended by the Chairman of FTTU Eng. Alexander Shopov, the lawyer of FTTU Nikolay Stoyanov, the Chairman of the trade union organization in the company Iliyan Stoyanov, as well as representatives of the employer – the Director Vasil Dimitrov, the HR Manager Daniela Antova, and the Managing Director Eric de Goeij.

During the talks, the parties made progress on the individual texts of the future Collective Labor Agreement and discussed the possibilities for achieving mutually acceptable solutions on the remaining issues. Negotiations are developing step by step, with the aim of agreeing on a document that will guarantee better working conditions, fair pay, and sustainable development of the social dialogue in the company.

The employer's readiness to increase basic salaries in 2026 was also confirmed, with the specific parameters being the subject of the ongoing talks.

Negotiations continue in a constructive spirit, and the next meeting between the parties is scheduled for July 7.

FTTU will continue to inform the employees about the progress of the negotiation process.
