FTTU has launched negotiations for a new Collective Labor Agreement in "Swissport Bulgaria" AD

Today, the first meeting was held between the management of "Swissport Bulgaria" AD and the representatives of the Federation of Transport Trade Unions in connection with the preparation and negotiation of a new Collective Labor Agreement.

The meeting on behalf of the FTTU was attended by the Chairman of the Federation, Eng. Aleksandar Shopov, and the Chairman of the trade union organization within the company, Nikolay Lazov. During the talks, the FTTU's vision for the new CLA and the main priorities of the trade union organization were presented.

The main focus in the upcoming negotiations will be increasing wages, preserving social benefits, guaranteeing better working conditions, and strengthening the trade union movement within the company.

The parties exchanged preliminary views on the main topics, agreeing that the talks should continue in a constructive spirit and with the necessary expert preparation for the individual proposals.

FTTU will participate in the negotiations consistently and responsibly, with the clear goal that the new Collective Labor Agreement provides better protection of the labor, social, and economic rights of all employees in "Swissport Bulgaria" AD.

The next meeting between the parties is scheduled for August 4, 2026, when the negotiations will continue on the specific proposals for the new Collective Labor Agreement.

The Federation will promptly inform its members about the progress of the negotiations and about any achievement agreed upon on the way to concluding a new CLA.
