FTTU starts negotiations to conclude a new collective labor agreement at “Aviapartner Bulgaria” Ltd.

The negotiations for concluding a new Collective Labour Agreement at „Aviapartner Bulgaria“ EOOD started today.
At the meeting took part the chair of FTTU eng. Alexander Shopov, the chair of the trade union organisation of FTTU in the company Ilyan Stoyanov, and from the management side – director Vasil Dimitrov, Daniela Antova – Human Resources manager, as well as the company's lawyers.
During the meeting, the parties discussed various texts and proposals in the draft Collective Labour Agreement, and also noted topics that are to be further refined during the course of the negotiations.
The talks proceeded in a constructive spirit, and the representatives of FTTU and „Aviapartner Bulgaria“ EOOD confirmed their readiness to conduct open and professional social dialogue in the interest of the workers and the company's development.
The next meeting between the parties is scheduled for 13 May, when the negotiations will continue.
