Today, negotiations for the conclusion of a new Collective Labor Agreement initiated at "Aviapartner Bulgaria" EOOD.

The meeting was attended by the Chairman of FTTU, Eng. Alexander Shopov, the Chairman of the trade union organization of FTTU in the company, Iliyan Stoyanov, and on behalf of the management – the Director Vasil Dimitrov, Daniela Antova – Human Resources Manager, as well as the company's legal advisors.

During the meeting, the parties discussed various texts and proposals on the draft of the Collective Labor Agreement, noting topics that are to be further refined in the course of the negotiations.

The talks were held in a constructive spirit, and the representatives of FTTU and "Aviapartner Bulgaria" EOOD confirmed their readiness to conduct an open and professional social dialogue in the interest of the employees and the development of the company.

The next meeting between the parties is scheduled for May 13, when the negotiations will continue.
