FTTU starts negotiations for a new CBA at "FTTSEM" AD

Today, the first meeting between the management of “Fraport Twin Star Airport Management” AD and FTTU – CITUB took place.

The meeting was attended by the chairman of FTTU – Eng. Aleksandar Shopov, as well as the chairpersons of the trade union organizations in Varna and Burgas – Petranka Shomova and Todor Todorov.

The economic situation in the company and the development of social dialogue were discussed.

FTTU presented its demands:

• Increase of base salaries by 30%;

• Updating salaries by levels and positions;

• Increase of pay for night work;

• Increase of the basic paid annual leave;

• Increasing the value of food vouchers;

• Introduction of “Presence” bonus.

Talks will continue on 06.11.25 with a focus on negotiating specific parameters for updating labor remunerations and social benefits.

The chairman of FTTU held a meeting with the company's employees to acquaint them with the results of the conducted meeting.
