Today, the first meeting was held between the management of "Fraport Twin Star Airport Management" AD and FTTU – CITUB.

The meeting was attended by the Chairman of FTTU – Eng. Aleksandar Shopov, as well as the chairs of the trade union organizations in Varna and Burgas – Petranka Shomova and Todor Todorov.

The economic situation in the company and the development of social dialogue were discussed.

FTTU presented its demands:

• An increase in basic salaries by 30%;

• Updating remuneration by levels and positions;

• An increase in pay for night work;

• An increase in basic paid annual leave;

• Increasing the value of food vouchers;

• Introduction of a "Presence" bonus.

The talks will continue on 06.11.25, focusing on negotiating specific parameters for updating labor remunerations and social benefits.
