Today, another meeting was held between FTTU-CITUB, FTR KT "Podkrepa", the Executive Director of "Stolichan Avtotransport" EAD - Stilyan Manolov and his team.

During the discussions on the draft Collective Labour Agreement, various proposals were reviewed. On some of them, no agreement was reached between the parties.

The proposals that require additional financial backing cannot be accepted by the employer at this time, including night work, overtime, and overheads. The reason is that the company does not have the necessary funds and is facing serious financing difficulties.

FTTU emphasized that, despite the difficulties, it is necessary to find real solutions to improve the working and social conditions of the employees, which correspond to the constant increase in the prices of goods and services.

A new meeting is pending, where the discussion and search for agreement on the disputed issues in the draft CLA will continue.
