FTTU held a meeting with the management of "Sofia Public Transport" EAD to discuss the CBA

Today, another meeting was held between FTTU-CITUB, FTR KT "Podkrepa", the executive director of "Sofiyski Avtotransport" EAD - Stilyan Manolov, and his team.

During the discussions on the draft Collective Labour Agreement, various proposals were reviewed. On some of them, no agreement was reached between the parties.

The proposals that require additional financial support cannot be accepted by the employer at this moment, including night work, overtime, overheads. The reason is that the company lacks the necessary funds and faces serious difficulties with financing.

FTTU emphasized that despite the difficulties, it is necessary to find real solutions to improve the labor and social conditions of the employees, which should correspond to the constant increase in the prices of goods and services.

A new meeting is upcoming, where the discussion and search for agreement on the contentious issues in the draft CLA will continue.
