On 02.04.2025, the President of FTTU - Eng. Alexander Shopov and the President of SO IAAA - Viktoriya Krasteva, held a meeting with the new Executive Director of IAAA, Mr. Slav Monov.

Eng. Shopov presented to Mr. Monov the demands of CITUB and FTTU for Budget 2025, recalling that for IAAA, funding in the amount of BGN 4.5 million was requested to increase salaries in the agency.

During the meeting, the upcoming negotiations for a new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) were also discussed, emphasizing that they will be of crucial importance for improving working conditions and social security of employees.

FTTU hopes for successful cooperation and good social dialogue with the new management of the agency represented by Mr. Slav Monov.
