During the meeting, Eng. Shopov presented the main areas of activity of the FTTU, as well as the opportunities provided by the "Working Conditions" Fund for applying and funding projects aimed at improving the working environment.
Emphasis was also placed on the joint analysis being developed by the Federation in partnership with the "Working Conditions" Fund, related to morbidity and working conditions. The importance of prevention, a safe working environment, and sustainable measures to protect the health of workers was highlighted.
During the conversation, Eng. Shopov extended a formal invitation to the employer to participate in the traditional FTTU Spartakiad – an initiative that annually gathers workers from the industry and promotes collegiality, team spirit, and good partnership.
The implementation of the Collective Labour Agreement transferred from "SOF Connect" was also discussed, as well as the possibilities for initiating negotiations for the signing of a new CLA in the enterprise.
Both parties emphasized the importance of constructive social dialogue and good partnership as the basis for stable industrial relations, sustainable development, and better working conditions for the workers.
