FTTU continues with the legal trade union consulting sessions with the workers at the Tramkar unit

Today, the visits of the President of the Federation of Transport Trade Unions, Eng. Aleksandar Shopov, and the FTTU legal advisor, Nikolay Stoyanov, continued at the "Tramkar" division of "Stolichen Elektrotransport" EAD.
During the meeting, employees had the opportunity to raise questions related to their labor rights and working conditions. The main focus of the discussion was working hours, rest breaks, work process organization, and compliance with labor legislation.
In the course of the conversation, specific cases from daily work practice were discussed, with special attention paid to the rights and obligations of both workers and the employer. Nikolay Stoyanov provided clarifications on the questions raised and guidance regarding the possibilities for protecting labor rights.
Such meetings are extremely important, as they provide an opportunity for open dialogue, timely identification of problems, and the search for solutions tailored to the real needs of workers. They are also an opportunity for employees to receive information and legal support directly at their workplace.
The next meeting with the FTTU legal advisors will be on October 21, 2026, at Sofia Airport.
