Today in Varna, another working meeting was held between the management of "Fraport Twin Star Airport Management" AD and the Chairman of FTTU – Eng. Aleksandar Shopov. The chairmen of the union organizations in Varna and Burgas – Petranka Shomova and Todor Todorov – also participated in the talks.

On behalf of FTTU, we presented our final proposal to the employer:

- A 10% increase in basic salaries.

- Payment for night work – BGN 2.50 per hour worked.

Our proposal was formulated after a detailed analysis of the additional data provided by the employer.

We also set a condition in the new Collective Labour Agreement: if inflation in 2026 exceeds 5%, immediate negotiations for a new increase in basic salaries must begin.

In the event that the tax-free allowance for food vouchers is increased to BGN 300, the employer should also increase the allowance for subsistence expenses.

After the meeting, we also held a conversation with our members who were present, and they confirmed their readiness for protest actions if our demands are not met.

We expect a response from the employer by the end of next week.
