FTTU presented a final proposal to the management of 'Fraport' at a meeting in Varna

Today in Varna, another working meeting was held between the management of "Fraport Twin Star Airport Management" AD and the chairman of FTTU – Eng. Alexander Shopov. The chairmen of the Trade Union in Varna and Burgas, Petranka Shomova, and Todor Todorov, also participated in the discussions.
On behalf of FTTU, we presented our final proposal to the employer:
- An increase in basic wages by 10%.
- Payment for night work – BGN 2.50 per hour worked.
Our proposal was formed after a detailed analysis of additional data provided by the employer.
We also set a condition in the new CLA: if inflation exceeds 5% in 2026, immediate negotiations should begin for a new increase in basic wages.
If the non-taxable minimum for meal vouchers is increased to BGN 300, the employer should also raise overhead costs.
After the meeting, we held a conversation with our attending members, who confirmed their readiness for protest actions if our demands are not met.
We expect a response from the employer by the end of next week.
