FTTU signed a new Collective Labor Agreement in "Municipal Transport" Ruse

After negotiations lasting more than seven months, on 18.12.2024 a new collective labor agreement was signed at "Municipal Transport" Ruse.
The meeting was attended by the chairman of FTTU, Engineer Alexander Shopov, and the chairman of the trade union organization of FTTU-CITUB, Ivan Enchev.
The collective labor agreement includes higher coefficient values of basic wages compared to the minimum wage. Together with the company's executive director, Alexander Georgiev, the possibility of a second increase in basic wages in 2025 was discussed.
FTTU continues with actions seeking a sustainable increase in wages, both with the management of "Municipal Transport" Ruse and with Rusе's mayor - Pencho Milkov.
The Federation of Transport and Trade Unions express special thanks to the Regional Council of CITUB in Ruse for their assistance in the negotiation process!
