After negotiations lasting more than seven months, a new Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) was signed on 18.12.2024 at "Municipal Transport" Ruse.

The meeting was attended by the Chairman of FTTU, Eng. Aleksandar Shopov and the Chairman of the trade union organization of FTTU-CITUB - Ivan Enchev.

The Collective Labour Agreement includes higher coefficient values of basic salaries compared to the minimum wage. Together with the Executive Director of the company - Aleksandar Georgiev, the possibility of a second increase of basic salaries in 2025 was discussed.

FTTU continues with actions in search of a sustainable increase in salaries, both together with the management of "Municipal Transport" Ruse and with the mayor of Ruse municipality - Pencho Milkov.
