FTTU paid its respects at the monument of Hristo Botev in the town of Kalofer

On June 2, the Day of Botev and those who died for the freedom and independence of Bulgaria, Federation of Transport and Trade Unions (FTTU at the CITUB) paid tribute at the monument of Hristo Botev in the town of Kalofer. This year marks 149 years since his death.

A wreath was laid at the monument by the president of FTTU - Eng. Alexander Shopov, accompanied by union leaders and members of the federation, representatives of “Sofia Electricity Transport” EAD, “Sofia City Transport” EAD, “Metropolitan” EAD and “Burgasbus” LTD.

The presence of representatives from different transport companies emphasizes the solidarity and active role of the union community in preserving historical memory.
