FTTU and "Sofia Public Transport" reached an agreement on the new CLA

A meeting was held today at "Metropolitan Transport", at which agreements were reached on the new CCB in the company. The executive director of the company- Stilyan Manolov and the Chairman of FTTU- Eng. Alexander Shopov, together with the negotiation team of FTTU, attended it.
The following agreements were reached:
Increase in the meal allowance from 15 BGN to 18 BGN - 200 BGN will be in the form of vouchers, and the rest in the form of cash expression. The meal allowance will also be paid during leave.
Until the contract with the company providing the vouchers is signed, the meal in the amount of 15 BGN remains in effect.
For a break period of more than two hours, drivers are paid an additional 10% of the minimum wage.
For quality and timely completion of work in the service brigades, an amount of 150 BGN/month.
The percentage for external client orders (service and MOT) is retained, as the employer undertakes to review the prices of these services in an upward direction.
Attendance bonus of 30% of the minimum wage. The bonus is granted when no sick leave has been taken for a period of 3 months.
Leave for Service Mechanics - from 23 to 25 days; OGM, OGE, and off-garage facilities - from 22 to 27 days.
All other agreements remain the same.
The term of the CCB is two years.

The deadline for signing the CCB will be until June 2, 2025.
