On the eve of International Women's Day, two significant conferences were held in the CITUB building on the topics: "Harassment and Violence in the Workplace: Let's Break the Silence!" — organized by CITUB and Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Bulgarien, and "Winged Childhood: A Conversation about Violence among Children" — organized by CITUB, "Prof. Dr. Zhelyazko Hristov" Bulgarian Foundation and "Lachezar Tsotsorkov" Foundation.

The conference "Harassment and Violence in the Workplace: Let's Break the Silence!" focused on ways to prevent and address issues related to harassment and violence in the workplace, as well as the need to create a safe and supportive work environment.

The event was attended by the President of the Federation of Transport Trade Unions (FTTU) — Eng. Aleksandar Shopov.

At the invitation of the FTTU, Anelia Dimova — HR Director at SOF Connect, took part in the panel "Good Practices for Dealing with Harassment and Violence in the Workplace". Mrs. Dimova shared the company's experience in implementing harassment prevention policies, as well as concrete measures to create a healthy work environment.

The events were attended by union members of the FTTU from "Stolichen Elektrotransport" EAD and "Metropoliten" EAD. Their interest in the topics highlighted the importance of collective efforts to create a safe and supportive environment for both workers and children.
