FTTU and CITUB held a meeting with the management of FTTSEM AD

Today a working meeting took place between Plamen Dimitrov – President of CITUB, Eng. Alexander Shopov – Chairman of FTTU, and the Management of Fraport Twin Star Airport Management PLC, represented by the new Chief Executive Officer of "Fraport Twin Star Airport Management" PLC – Mr. Michael Reusch, the Chief Coordination Officer – Mr. Nikolai Sekalov, and the Chief Financial Officer – Mr. Rosen Filipov.

During the meeting, key issues raised by our union members were discussed: The low level of remuneration in the company; The ratio and level of bonuses during the active season and the organization of work schedules.

The commitments made by the employer are to start negotiations for a salary increase for 2026 after the preparation of financial reports for the ninth month, which will be ready by the end of September; checking the level of bonuses during the active season and considering possibilities for changing work schedules to better balance personal and professional life.

A new meeting is set to take place within the next two weeks. At this meeting, the possibilities for resolving the raised issues will be discussed before the start of negotiations for a new Collective Labor Agreement in the company.
