"Port of Varna" is a strategic site for Bulgaria!

Today its future was discussed together with the Minister of Transport Grozdan Karadjov, the President of CITUB Plamen Dimitrov, and representatives of FTTU – Penka Ilieva and Martin Indzudis.

CITUB and FTTU expressed disagreement with the concession idea and serious concerns about its impact on jobs and wages, but left the door open for dialogue and participation in the discussions.

Trade unions must be part of the decisions that will determine the development of the port and the safety of the workers!
