On November 25, 2025, the President of FTTU – Eng. Alexander Shopov, and the President of the Trade Union Organization at "Metropolitan" – Svetoslav Iliev, held a meeting with the Executive Director of "Metropolitan" EAD regarding the Christmas bonus for the employees.

An agreement was signed with the following parameters:

• A one-time Christmas bonus of 150 BGN, which will be paid along with the November salary;

• For employees hired during 2025, the bonus will be paid proportionally to the time worked.

In "Stolichat Avtotransport" and "Stolichen Elektrotransport", a Christmas bonus of the same amount is also expected to be paid.

FTTU–CITUB will continue to consistently protect the interests of the workers and to defend positions that we believe are fair and necessary.
