FTTU negotiated a Christmas bonus for the employees at 'Metropolitan'

On November 25, 2025, the chairman of FTTU – Eng. Alexander Shopov, and the chairman of the TU at 'Metropolitan' – Svetoslav Iliev, held a meeting with the CEO of 'Metropolitan' EAD regarding the Christmas bonus for employees.
An agreement with the following parameters was signed:
A one-time Christmas bonus of BGN 150, which will be paid together with the November salary;
For employees hired in 2025, the bonus will be paid proportionally to the time worked.
In 'Sofia Public Transport' and 'Sofia Electric Transport', a Christmas bonus of the same amount is also expected to be paid.
FTTU–CITUB will continue to consistently protect the interests of the workers and uphold positions that we believe are fair and necessary.
