Good social partnership and new sports corners for the employees of "Metropolitan" EAD.

On October 17, 2025, the chairman of the Federation of Transport and Trade Unions (FTTU), Eng. Alexander Shopov, together with the chairman of CO "FTTU-CITUB-E" Eng. Svetoslav Iliev and the deputy chairman Eng. Miroslav Chakurov, visited the newly built sports corners in the two depots of "Metropolitan" – "Obelya" and "Zemlyane".

The initiative was implemented at the suggestion of the trade union organization of FTTU, as a result of good and constructive social partnership with the management of "Metropolitan" EAD – represented by the Executive Director Mr. Nikolay Naydenov, Head of Management "Operation" Dr. Eng. Nikolay Nikolov, deputies Eng. Karabashki and Eng. Stoichkov.

In cooperation with the company, tennis tables and rackets, darts, basketballs and hoops, chess boards, storage lockers, and comfortable bean bags were provided – everything necessary for active rest and sports activities at the workplace.

The new sports corners are now available to employees at "Obelya" depot and "Zemlyane" depot, who can use them freely and with care.

The FTTU and "Metropolitan" EAD will continue to work together to improve the working conditions and social environment of the company's employees.
