Happy May 24!

Today is May 24th – the day we bow to the power of the word, knowledge, and spirit. The day we celebrate the work of the Holy Brothers Cyril and Methodius, the Bulgarian alphabet, enlightenment, and culture – that which makes us a nation with memory, with identity, and with a path forward.

On this bright holiday, Federation of Transport and Trade Unions (FTTU) expresses its deep gratitude to all the enlighteners – teachers, scholars, cultural figures, and everyone who preserves and develops Bulgarian spiritual wealth.

Although our mission is in movement – on roads, in the air, and on water – we know that without education there is no direction, without knowledge there is no development, without culture there is no future.

Let us wish today that the Bulgarian alphabet and culture continue to lead us. May our word unite us, and our spirit remain free, bold, and determined.
